• ISPM - Paletten must be used
• Demurrage Days: 15 days

Belieferung Visits

• Incoterm: CIP Santa Cruz or CIP La Paz
• Delivery is done to a bonded warehouse in Santa Cruz (or La Paz)
• Demurrage free time has to be at least 15 days!
• Pallets: have to be ISPM15 standard !!
• Merchandise must be shipped out with NO invoices or any other documents from the supplier .

Fertigware

• Proformas - Proformas are sent to Berger and Rauch (Stefan Dich), copying the responsible person from CSC Panama.
• Invoice - CSC AT sends 1 Original Intercompany invoice to CSC Panama.
• Special certificates - All requests are sent as draft in QM file and have to be approved by CSC AT.

ATTENTION: All documents must be issued per container! Only BL has to be issued per order!

  • per order one B/L
  • Berger must send BL for approval before ETS to CSC Panama copying CSC AT. CSC Panama releases BL!
  • Original B/L´s should be sent directly via DHL to RB PA C/O Omar Villarreal. - RB Panama and CSC have to be informed about DHL number.
    • ATTENTION: Original B/Ls must always be sent to following address: Red Bull Panama S.A.; Ciudad de Panama. Calle 50; Torre Global Bank. Piso 38.; Oficina 3802-A; Panamá, Rep. de Panamá!
• ATTENTION: Freight costs must be mentioned on each BL.
