  • mixed 20´container RB33167 and RB3135: 780 trays RB33167 and 1.360 trays RB3135 total 2.140 trays
  • mixed 20´container RB33167 and RB30719: 780 trays RB33167 and 1.360 trays RB30719 total 2.140 trays
  • mixed 20´container RB33167 and RB30423:(Reefer container) 702 trays RB33167 and 1.056 trays RB30423 total 1.761 trays
    • It´s also possible to decrease the amount of 355ml cans (in units of 78 Trays = 1 pallet) and increase the amount of 250ml cans (in units of 112 Trays = 1 pallet). for example: mixed 20´container RB33167 and RB3135: 702 trays RB33167 and 1.472 trays RB3135 total 2.174 trays
• ISPM - Paletten must be used
• The containers have to arrive on the date which RB AT provide us. - If the planned vessel arrives earlier, we need a confirmation from RB Panama otherwise we have to book the container on a later vessel!!
• Demurrage Days: 14 days
• ATTENTION: Destination THC has to be prepaid!

Belieferung Visits

• Incoterm: CIF Kingston
• ISPM - Paletten mus be used
• Merchandise must be shipped out with NO Invoices or any other documents .
• A container loading info is needed.

Fertigware

• Proformas: Must be issued according to the YOCA List, respectively for Sales orders. Send proformas to Berger and Rauch (Stefan Dich), copying the responsible person from CSC Panama. If SF is included in the container: Inform Berger when sending the Proforma to book a Reefer container.
• Invoice: CSC AT sends 1 Original Intercompany invoice to CSC Panama.
• Bill of Lading
  • per order one B/L
  • Berger must send BL for approval before ETS to CSC Panama copying CSC AT. CSC Panama releases BL!
  • Original B/L´s should be sent directly via DHL to RB PA C/O Otilia Macharaviaya. - RB Panama and CSC have to be informed about DHL number.
    • ATTENTION: Original B/Ls must always be sent to following address: Red Bull Panama S.A.; Calle 50 y 53 Este, Obarrio; Edif. Hi-Tech Plaza, Piso 10; Panamá, Rep. de Panamá!
  • ATTENTION: Freight costs must be mentioned on each BL.
