• After loading pls send Container Loading Info (aviso) to CSC-PA and CSC-AT
• DHL deliveries: RB Panama and CSC have to be informed about DHL number

• Proformas - Must be issued according to the Y0CA List, respectively for Sales order. Proformas are sent to Berger and Rauch (Stefan Dich), copying the responsible person from CSC Panama.
• Invoice - CSC AT sends 1 Original Intercompany invoice to CSC Panama.
• Bill of Lading
  • per order one B/L
  • Berger must send BL for approval before ETS to CSC Panama copying CSC AT. CSC Panama releases BL!
  • Original B/L´s should be sent directly via DHL to RB PA C/O Otilia Macharaviaya. - RB Panama and CSC have to be informed about DHL number.
    • ATTENTION: Original B/Ls must always be sent to following address: Red Bull Panama S.A.; Calle 50 y 53 Este, Obarrio; Edif. Hi-Tech Plaza, Piso 10; Panamá, Rep. de Panamá!
