Pls note: The issuer of the BL needs to have a representative office in Brazil.

Pls note that deliveries might also go to Sao Paulo (mainly airfreights or express deliveries). Therefore Consignee and Notify Party would be RBBR in Sao Paulo (as invoice address above).

IMPORTANT COMMENTS:

!! Demurrage free time has to be at least 15 days!!

Pallets: have to be ISPM15 standard !!

-> to verify and to do by RB AT – CSC:

Original INVOICE and PACKING LIST: need to be signed (in blue) and stamped!! A copy of those documents needs to be sent via mail in advance to Brazil for confirmation. After confirmation both need to be sent to RB BR via courier (TNT). Kindly inform RB BR about the tracking no.

MANUFACTURER DETAILS: For the import of all kind of materials we’d need the address of the manufacturer for requesting the import permission.

TEXTILES – special regulations: For all textiles produced in China it is necessary the manufacturers details and the material compositions to release the goods at customs. For all textiles it is necessary to ask for an import license before the shipment.

COOLERS / PLUGS: (since January 2010) Only coolers with plug type J according NBR 14136:2002 can be imported to BR!! Do not use any other plugs for deliveries to BR!
