Fertigware

• Proformas - Must be issued according to the Y0CA List, respectively for Sales order. Proformas are sent to Berger and Rauch (Stefan Dich), copying the responsible person from CSC Panama. If SF is included in the container: Inform Berger when sending the Proforma to book the right container (Reefer).
• Invoice - CSC AT sends 1 Original Intercompany invoice to CSC Panama.
• Bill of Lading
  • per order one B/L
  • Berger must send BL for approval before ETS to CSC Panama copying CSC AT. CSC Panama releases BL!
  • Original B/L´s should be sent directly via DHL to RB PA C/O Otilia Macharaviaya. - RB Panama and CSC have to be informed about DHL number.
    • ATTENTION: Original B/Ls must always be sent to following address: Red Bull Panama S.A.; Calle 50 y 53 Este, Obarrio; Edif. Hi-Tech Plaza, Piso 10; Panamá, Rep. de Panamá!
