• Comments:
  • ISPM – pallets must be used
  • After loading pls send Container Loading info (aviso) to Mayela Alberola and Andrea Holzer.
  • DHL deliveries: RB Panama and CSC has to be informed about the DHL number – don´t use UPS.
  • Attention: Chile needs the composition of textiles for customs purpose.

• Proforma Invoice
• EUR 1 or insert preferential sentence on invoice - depends on letter of credit (for the last deliveries no EUR 1 was required)
  • EUR 1, to be issued before container is loaded, reference nr. must be given by Fabiana as per her proformas . Original for export to Rauch.
• Insurance Policy (Zurich), draft will be issued by Giselle Zapateiro, issued from us and printed on Zürich´s letterhead
• Certificado de Origen (depends on letter of credit)
  • Certificado de Origen on Red Bull paper in accordance to the invoice and packing list from RB PA

This information can be inserted in any invoice from Red Bull GmbH to Red Bull Panama:

The exporter of the products covered by this document (customs or competent governmental authorisation No. AT/600/083) declares that, except where otherwise clearly indicated, these products are of European Community preferential origin.

Marks:

• If this sentence is inserted on the invoice, there’s no need for the issuance of an EUR1!
• The letter of credit decides on the use of the sentence or the issuance of an EUR1.

• Original Bill of Lading
  • must be fulfill all LC requirements - no freight collect costs on the B/L (discrepancies with LC)
  • Berger must send BL for approval minimum 2 days before ETS to CSC Panama copying CSC AT. CSC Panama releases BL!
  • Original B/L´s has to be sent asap after shipping direct via DHL to RB PA - Mayela Alberola. - RB Panama and CSC have to be informed about DHL number.
    • ATTENTION: Original B/Ls must always be sent to following address: Red Bull Panama S.A.; Calle 50 y 53 Este, Obarrio; Edif. Hi-Tech Plaza, Piso 10; Panamá, Rep. de Panamá!
  • ATTENTION: Freight costs must be mentioned on each BL.
