  • Carrier Maersk: No demurrage agreement with Maersk, as there exists a seperate contract between RB CO and Maersk.

Belieferung Visits

• Incoterm: CIF Cartagena / Buenaventura / Barranquilla (destination port shall be confirmed per shipment)
• Comments:
  • No documents (invoices) may accompany the goods.
  • CFC free certificate: For coolers they need a certificate from the supplier, which confirms that the coolers do not contain any damaging gases. Only ordered article number & description should be mentioned, THE CERTIFICATE SHALL BE PRESENTED DULY TRANSLATED INTO SPANISH, IN ORIGINAL AS WELL AS DULY STAMPED AND SIGNED BY THE CONSULATE OR APOSTILE. (for direct and indirect deliveries).
  • Serial numbers: Always send serial numbers of all coolers in advance to Andrea Holzer, this concerns direct and indirect deliveries (warehouse in Hamburg has to be instructed before the goods are loaded!).
  • POS material deliveries from Hamburg which contain textiles must be sent to Baranquilla (for customs reasons)! - Please confirm with Oscar Gamboa in advance
  • Textiles: Textiles: so Before sending textiles please get in touch with RB CO, as an import permit is required.
  • General Information:
    • Electricity: 110V, 60Hz, mainly US version
    • TV and video: NTSC, BETAMAX and VHS
    • Sending new materials: Technical specifications must be send to Colombia beforehand.
• ISPM - Pallets must be used

• Certificate of analisis 1x (issued by Red Bull quality department)
• LVA-Health Certificate: in spanish, with batch number, confirmed by the Austrian chamber of commerce. 1x original, the health certificate can also be combined for RB/SF
• Original B/L
  • per order one B/L
  • Berger must send BL for approval before ETS to RB Colombia copying CSC AT. RB Colombia releases BL!
  • Original B/L´s should be sent directly via DHL to RB Colombia - Bibiana Tellez. - RB Colombia and CSC have to be informed about DHL number.
    • ATTENTION: Original B/Ls must always be sent to following address: Red Bull Colombia SAS; Carrera 11 A # 93 – 52Oficina (302); Bogotá, Colombia!
  • ATTENTION: Freight costs must be mentioned on each BL.
• Comments:
  • book deliveries to Cartagena with Shipping line who call CONTECAR-Terminal. e.g. CMA ECS Service
